Today is Easter.  We are all given this story of an innocent man who was unjustly tortured and murdered by the civilization.  He, then, miraculously rises from the dead three days later.  That's the story THEY gave us. The story that I have lived is being tortured and murdered by the civilization, resurrecting one's self to re-emerge into the civilization.  But that's not the end of the story that I have experienced and witnessed in others.  It gets repeated OVER and OVER and OVER  again.   Repeatedly being tortured, murdered and having to piece one's self together again to enter the civilization, only to repeat the same scenario.   I am rethinking my model of autism.  Perhaps it is those young spirits refusing to enter into the so-called social contract of this place.  They refuse to engage with this place and reject what it requires. I very much agree with Stephen that this episode is a tell on likely what the Afterlife challenge will encompass.  I am experiencing challenges mimicking this in my dreams on a daily basis.  Always producing illusions, testing my reaction and my abilites to control the scenario,  and always seeing if they can stimulate fear.

In a previous lifetime, I took my girlfriend to a cajun dance in East Providence, RI.  The cajun legend, D.L. Menard was playing in an old school house with a giant crystal chandelier in the room.  My girlfriend was immediately asked to dance by a stranger.  She looked at me..I smiled and nodded.  She waltzed onto the dance floor with said stranger. I stood in the back and a pretty young lady approached me and asked me to dance.  I had never danced but agreed and was immediately out on the dance floor with her.  My girlfriend and I glanced at each other as we twirled about in the arms of strangers...and the music played. Today is Holy Saturday in the Catholic tradition.  I rejected religion when I was a teenager.  I just did not believe it.  I tried explaining this to my parents and grandparents...unsuccessfully.  I have tremendous respect and appreciation for family traditions.  One of those traditions was taking the basket of food to church on Holy Saturday to have the PRIEST splash HOLY water on it.  An odd ritual looking back on it now.  I was told  that uneaten blessed food must be burned.   I spent one of my Easters in Krakow Poland and stopped many people to photograph their beautiful baskets.   This is the insidious nature of religion and holidays.  They parasitize good will, emotions, and family attachments to insinuate themselves into your life.  They then manipulate you into delusion via illusion.

I have not watched "movies" for at least ten years by choice.  I think they program our subconscious and beliefs in subtle hidden and not so hidden ways.    Before I excised movies from my life, one of my favorite films was After Life.  Big topic issues are addressed including death, afterlife, memory, and individuality. Hirokazu Koreeda's films were always in my top tier I WISH was my second favorite Koreeda film.

I have had several truly magical moments in my life.  The following story is one of those.
