  1. I went looking for ice cream a few months ago, something very rare for me. I read every brand label, discovering that Ben & Jerry's and Baskin Robbins to be very toxic, and the only edible ice cream was Haagen Dasz. Probably most of your followers already know this, the fewest number of ingredients, only cream, milk, sugar, and no preservatives.

    1. Agreed. I have come to the same conclusion. I make my own ice cream anymore. Last one I made was strawberry cheesecake. The flavors are intense and you can use your creativity to combine what you wish. Thank you for your comment. Best, db

    2. Over the past decade, my strategy was to quarantine myself from the system as much as I can. I grow 60-70 percent of my own food. I never "eat out". I revel in my food preparation. This place is toxic. There is no changing it. It is custom designed to extract pain and suffering. Thanks again for your comment. Ice cream is easy to make. cheers, db

    3. From some of your past blogs, you are far too often not quite right in terms of health. I added that I suspected one of your neighbors either spraying weeds or dumping toxins in their yard to the point they affected your well or your crops. From your awareness of folks like Thomas Cowan, William Trebing, Andrew Kaufman and Sam Bailey, you know as I do that all sicknesses emanate from toxins. Grabbing onto this concept over ten years ago from study of Stefan Lanka and Ethel Hume, I moved to a location with no neighbors, a high elevation, and a well. "It" knows this remedy, which is why 15 minute cities are one of "Its" primary agendas.
