Episode 161: The Agony Of Parenting social experimentalist
What happens when you wake up to antinatalism after you've already had children?
This episode is about the pain of realising you can't protect your children from suffering, can't control who they become, and can't stop them from making the same reproductive gamble you once made.
A brutally honest conversation about parenthood, regret, antinatalism, religion, DNA, conditioning, and the loneliness that comes with refusing to play along.
Sometimes the hardest part of waking up is discovering that you woke up too late.
Here with you, DB, probably protected in a way I never understood, I never married and I never had any children. And yet I somehow ended up with 7 grandchildren who always want to visit.
ReplyDeleteIt takes a while to break free of the mind control of this place, including the societal and social pressures to conform. Fortunately, I have always been a nonconformist going back to my earliest years. I have empathy for the children who are here, as I have empathy for my younger self. This place is brutal. All are desperate to find techniques to survive it, while denying its true nature. Thanks for your comment and enjoy your grandchildren. They likely sense your wisdom and intent. best regards...db
