Knee pain and mind reading

 I have been having alot of pain in my right knee.  I have told no one about this.  What are the odds that I get this in my email today.


I have previously written about the screens reading my mind or my environment feeding back to the screen entity.

If this is a simulation that we exist in, this would be understandable and plausible.
