I don't believe for one second that this statement is true. I believe THEY are assembling a data base for each person including voice files.
The evidence is clearer with each passing year that customer service is either decreasing or evaporating. One must navigate a series of bot commands to access a live person. This person then reads scripts in a foreign country and accent.
“We are experiencing higher than normal call volume.”
