Absolutely brilliant discussion between Silas and Zeal...highly recommended.  Armunn's comment is right on target in my opinion.  Trauma is key to how this society functions.  Healing trauma is paramount.

In my view, the MK Ultra "files" were "leaked" to prevent people from realizing that the experiment is not specific to a location, but a general collective procedure. The principle of MK Ultra at play is: cause trauma to clear the personality -> input new set of

personalities that are triggerable (by words, images, or other) -> through those introduced personalities, input new false memories -> false memories will feed the introduced personality and regulate the triggerable behaviors desired by the perpetrators. This was not done

in a a location by a super secret team of mad scientists, this IS the "world stage", at large: it causes traumas, removes organic mental characters, introduces new ones and inserts false memories.

All media, be it music, movie, politics, "news", are part of the actual MK Ultra applied collectively. The supposed individual experiments were put out so that we look at an event and fail to see that this is happening all around us, then and now.
