The Machine shuts down....


There are very few times that the noise and machinery of this civilization shuts down.  Christmas morning is one of those times.  Most stores are closed. People don't have to leave their homes to engage in BUSYness.  Even without the dampening blanket of snow, it is strikingly quiet this morning.   I revel in  it.

There is so much noise around us that most don't even notice it.  Cars, trucks, horns, sirens, muzak, buzzes, beeps, notifications, etc. 

It was always confusing to me that December 25, Christmas, is recognized as a national GOVERNMENT holiday, perhaps the biggest holiday of the year.  Which raises the question...why is it so important to the power structure to have this holiday?  The beast always has its purpose...it is just not what it reveals to us.  From an early age, the "separation of church and state" was rammed  into our minds. Sure seems like cognitive dissonance to me.

    The only enjoyable event from the covid hoax. My entire city was closed I walked down mainstreet, not one person, not one car, the street lights didn't change, lights were off in the big buildings complete silence. I was all alone for about an hour, in an otherwise everyday packed noisy busy area. It was a magical experience.

I had been sending donations to Ensemble Ptashitsa in Russia for many years.  After each of their Youtube livestreams, I would send 20 dollars or so.  I always received an email of gratitude from Ivan, the leader of the group.   When the Russia Ukraine event started, I got my Paypal account locked and my bank account was locked as well.  I was able to get my bank accounts back, but to this day cannot link Paypal to my bank account.  I could no longer send donations.  Ivan released a statement about not getting deceived by stories in newspapers on Ukraine and Russia, used to divide us.  It was a brave statement inferring media fakery.  There were ALWAYS many Ukrainians in the livestream chats of Ptashitsa.  These illusions of borders and countries could not be clearer.   A year after my donations stopped due to this "war",  I received a Ptashitsa calendar in the mail from Ivan, signed by the group.  He said thanks for ...

Frankie Valli still performing....at age 90
