The Culture Creation and Fake Music Industry (Feat. Armunn Righ & Zeal) Silas Speaks
Terrific discussion on the music that is presented to us, how, and why. Zeal raises an interesting point about how these celebrities often use intimate versions of their names to take down our guard.
KATY Perry...not Katherine
JOE Rogan...not Joseph Rogan
BILL Gates...not William Gates
I made the observation years ago that when I was young, all of my friends used intimate versions of their name. STEVIE, FRANKIE, RICHIE, JOEY, ROBBIE, etc. I have noticed in the Polka music world, this trend continues with all of the performers using intimate versions of their names.
The participants also discuss the Mozart and Shakespeare entities and their unbelievable narratives. I have previously raised the unbelievable story of BACH.

I will differ from the participants on the origin of the Beatles music being attributed to Tavistock. This seems to be another truther trope propagated by Mike Williams and others. The fact is that we do not know where this music comes from. I have given many examples of composers saying that they chanelled songs and lyrics.

Then there is the Joni Mitchell interview relaying how Dylan told her that he gets his songs from "the box".

Most are uncomfortable with the unknown and the supernatural. They want explanations that fit neatly between the bookends. I recognize the supernatural and the unseen world that surrounds us.
Yes, very good observations and I agree with your assessment that "The fact is that we do not know where this music comes from." When I was playing guitar and later mostly bass guitar, I had my most creative moments when I wasn't consciously thinking about what to play. Obviously, the source of that may be different for different people. It may come directly from ones Essence, or maybe it may come from some external mental entity. It would be dependent on one's level of, let's say, purity.
ReplyDelete"Most are uncomfortable with the unknown and the supernatural. They want explanations that fit neatly between the bookends." - Exactly! That is often the case with people who pursue truth.
For example, I very much like Armunn Righ's work, as you well know, but it's clear that he has spent too much time in IPS circles, and has been too strongly influenced by Tim Ozman, which leads to him leaning toward "it's all planned by people controlling the media", "it's all fake", "this event is written by this or that movie director", "it's all predictive programming", etc. Which not only is quite narrow-minded, but in my opinion simply not factual.
Cheers,
Luke
Thanks for your astute observations as usual, Luke. I have had similar experiences that you describe. In my earlier years, I was committed to the graphic arts and truly had delusions of grandeur. I read artist's biographies and studied their lifestyles. I knew that I was the greatest artist who had ever existed and I stepped into those shoes. When I did art, I was taken over by something. I allowed it to control the pencil. When I came back into myself an hour later, I was exhausted. I was surprised to see what was created. I felt as if I had been used or consumed by something. This was especially so when I did self-portraits, which comprised my first gallery show. My parents were horrified by my self-portraits which were often quite severe. I used to have them on display in my house. I have long since taken them down and put them in a closet. I no longer do graphic art as I feel it is a potential venue for other entities. Thanks for your contribution, Luke. Best regards, db
