Bluebirds vs. Sparrows

I spend alot of time watching nature.  It is often brutal.  I have been watching  2 nesting bluebirds fend off attacks to their nest by sparrows. They have to attack the sparrows 2 on 1 to keep them away from the baby birds.  Yesterday, I didn't see the adult bluebirds around.  I saw this sparrow working its way closer and closer to the nest, when he finally made the move to the nest, I rushed outside to shoo it away. These creatures, including birds and insects remind me of programs just running within the simulation.
