When I was a child, on New Year's Eve, the relatives would get together and share more food than you could imagine, tell stories, and share good wishes.  At midnight, everyone, especially the children, would go outside on the porch and bang pots and pans together.  I never questioned why we were doing it, but it was fun and celebratory. Were we warding off evil spirits? Banging pots and pans on New Year's Eve is a worldwide tradition, especially strong in places like Ireland, the UK, and parts of Italy,  to make loud noises that  ward off evil spirits and bad luck from the old year, welcoming good fortune and positive energy for the new year . I recently came across this interview from a few years back that I had not seen before.  To all of those who claim everything is fake, it is unclear to me how something like this gets pulled off.  I worked in many hospitals for decades.  There are alot of people around...ALOT.  I was on duty one Saturday afternoon when an orthopod brought in Dustin Hoffman for a thumb xray.  The techs were all agog, saying Rainman is here.  This surgeon sounds credible to me, describing procedures and naming names appropriately.    John Lennon`s last interview 8th December 1980 excerpt This is how yours truly found out about the Lennon event. 

 

  Ekman ( 1985 ) broadly defined  duping delight  as any positive affective experience that occurs in anticipation of, during, or following a lie.  It is always striking to me to see the mockingbird repeating nature of terms and tropes that are propagated online in these communities.  This is especially so in groups that are supposedly challenging the given narrative. There are very few times that the noise and machinery of this civilization shuts down.  Christmas morning is one of those times.  Most stores are closed. People don't have to leave their homes to engage in BUSYness.  Even without the dampening blanket of snow, it is strikingly quiet this morning.   I revel in  it. There is so much noise around us that most don't even notice it.  Cars, trucks, horns, sirens, muzak, buzzes, beeps, notifications, etc.  It was always confusing to me that December 25, Christmas, is recognized as a national GOVERNMENT holiday, perhaps the biggest holiday of the year.  Which raises the question...why is it so important to the power structure to have this holiday?  The beast always has its purpose...it is just not what it reveals to us.  From an early age, the "separation of church and state" was rammed  into our minds. Sure seems like cognitive dissonance to me. 

For me, Christmas Eve is the most emotionally charged day of the year.  Over the course of my life, it was a priority to be home for Christmas.  I despise religion and it was my first awakening as a teenager to call out religion as a fraud.  Nonetheless, our Christmas tradition involved ethnic foods,  visiting relatives, reuniting with family, telling stories, and music.  These are all things that resonate deeply with me.  Regardless of priorities of my siblings, I would be home for Christmas to be with my parents to continue these traditions.  I would accompany my Mom to visit relatives houses over a several day period.  From the time we come into this world, we are looking to understand who we are and where we are at.  Our parents, family, and home give us our bearings.  We learn our immediate environment.  The more that that is deconstructed, the more we struggle to understand this place.  My parents bought their first home ...

KATY Perry...not Katherine JOE Rogan...not Joseph Rogan BILL Gates...not William Gates I made the observation years ago that when I was young, all of my friends used intimate versions of their name.  STEVIE, FRANKIE, RICHIE, JOEY, ROBBIE, etc.   I have noticed in the Polka music world, this trend continues with all of the performers using intimate versions of their names. This is rapidly becoming my favorite podcast.   Extremely interesting discussion including the nature and origins of nostalgia and how a child's world view changes as an adult given the scope of their world. 

When this blog starts getting over 300 hits a day, I decide to check out the stats that are given.  Greater than 50 percent of the hits are coming from China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.  Despite the fact that we cannot always trust what is on the SCREEN,  DBW welcomes the bots and agents from the Far East. DBW is spreading like wildfire in China...up from only 2% in the past, it now rules the majority with 31%. YAY.

  Some witnesses to the Brown University  mass shooting  say they heard the killer make a 'barking noise' before he gunned down students taking their final exams in a lecture hall last Saturday. Claudio Neves Valente, 48, a former Brown student and Portuguese national, was found dead Thursday evening from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after a six-day manhunt. Investigators believe he is responsible for fatally shooting two students and wounding nine others at Brown, and then two days later killing  Massachusetts  Institute of Technology (MIT) professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro. There are still 'a lot of unknowns' in regard to motive,  Rhode Island  Attorney General Peter Neronha said during a disaster press conference Thursday. Neronha did, however, reveal the strange sound Neves Valente allegedly made as he walked into the classroom and unloaded more than 40 rounds, killing two students and injuring nine others.  When it rains, it pours.  This reality senses vulnerability in you and pounces on it.  I ended up with a mouse infestation in my basement damaging several irreplaceable items.  After healing myself psychologically from that, I did my weekly run for errands.  I went to this wonderful Polish market that reminds me of the stores of my youth, run by the mother, father, and daughter.  It was jammed with people.  Everyone there spoke Polish and was kind and caring, in good cheer.  My next stop was for frozen shrimp.  When  I came out, my car wouldn't start.  I tried a dozen times and it wouldn't start, despite it having run fine all morning.  I called AAA for help.  Two and a half hours later, a tech showed up, jump started my battery and followed me to a local dealership.  I had a new battery installed one year ago.  Another 2 hours waiting for them to assess my car.  They said that the alternator was dead....

  No mention of opting out or how to opt out....just a letter in the mail.  When I checked online, there is a detailed form that one must fill out including detailing why you are opting out.   In addition, there is a fee to opt out.  There will then be a monthly fee of 35 dollars or so to pay for a monthly manual reading.  My meter is 100 yards away from my home.  How would I know whether they installed a smart meter or not? There are mixed reports of people being charged significantly more after having a smart meter installed. This whole digital transformation is overwhelming, comprehensive and persistent.  I am so tired of fighting against it.   It is like a juggernaut locomotive rolling downhill....unstoppable.

  This "reality" continues to morph and react around me.  I just got off the phone with a bank manager giving compliments to their associate Jazmin who helped me over the weekend.  I just finished writing up a narrative of how professional and helpful she was.  As soon as I submitted the compliment, I checked my email.  There was an email from a work rep named Jazmyne (whom I never heard of before).  She asked that I review a case online for her, which I did.  Jazmin/Jazmyne is not the most common of names.  The fact that my "reality" presented this name to me shortly after I injected this name into my reality is striking. 

This one is especially scary. "I intentionally hid while I was pregnant"    "I was growing a human inside of me"   What mother talks like this? "When you are growing a beautiful child in you..." I don't believe this thing was ever pregnant similar to the Obama entity.  THEY do have great difficulty feigning being human.  This used to be the stomping grounds of yours truly, previously living blocks away from the Brown campus.  I used to workout at their athletic center. I had my car burglarized in their parking lot and the cops never found anyone despite so-called video footage inside and out.  With CNN, Today, the NY Times, PBS, BBC, ABC and Trump commenting, something significant is at play..
