We had our family home devastated by Hurricane Agnes in 1972 when the Susquehanna River flooded.  It was horrendous....but pales in comparison to the the devastation in North Carolina.

Multiple people claim they saw 8 to 10 foot aliens or very tall zombies and it caused shoppers panic. There are now black helicopters flying and everything is blocked off.
