Fast talking mumbling teens
Yesterday, I had to venture out to buy a pair of jeans. I have not been in a mall in a decade or more. The place was a ghost town. I was one of 2 customers that I saw in the entire mall.
Trying to buy a pair of jeans.... relaxed fit, athletic, straight leg, boot cut, slim, skinny, flex, extra flex before even getting to color. It is all so overwhelming.
The clerks are beyond useless. Even when I went to check out they slurred together something about 15 percent off and email. I asked them to please speak slower. I still didn't understand them. I just said no thank you.
I am more and more alien to this civilization.
Never buy anything at the mall or any corporate chain store, they do not need your money. Your local goodwill or salvation army store has a huge selection of pants and clothes.
