Why does everyone have to sleep EVERYDAY?

From NIH

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. The way you feel while you are awake depends in part on what happens while you are sleeping. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health.

In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. Getting inadequate sleep over time can raise your risk for chronic (long-term) health problems. It can also affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Learn how sleep affects your heart and circulatory system, metabolism , respiratory system, and immune system and how much sleep is enough.

Just a bunch of gobbledy gook linking poor health with lack of sleep.  I am not disputing that.

Your blood circulation doesn't stop.

Your breathing doesn't stop.

Your digestion doesn't stop.

Your urine production doesn't stop.

BUT...

Your physical body is paralyzed.

Physical functions slow down.

Brain activity changes and we experience a different reality, DREAMWORLD.

In this DREAMWORLD,

We cannot be injured,

We can fly and do other things not possible in REALITY.

Sleep logic sets in, or rather lack of logic sets in.  I do not question cheetahs in the Northeast.

We encounter friends, families and acquaintances who have left this realm.

If we become lucid, we can control the DREAMWORLD that we experience.

My working model is that sleep is a necessary condition of existing in this realm to keep us tethered to our spiritual essence.
