The Veterans Day Psyop "Thank you for your service"

I couldn't find anything online to support my personal experience.  As someone who was previously indoctrinated to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Mark Levin, I recall Sean Hannity as the originator and purveyor of this mockingbird adulation phrase.  

This psyop is deep and preys upon some core human values.  Politeness, respect, gratitude, and kindness are all woven into this distortion of reality.  We are not free and no one is protecting "freedom".  It is a deception and illusion.  There is nothing laudable about being an order follower, moreover, it is abandoning the one thing we have for sure, our discernment.  The psyop also reinforces the illusion of countries, with their passports, flags, and anthems.  I don't thank anyone for their "service".

"IMO, please stop. It just makes most of us uncomfortable. My kids are young and I don't want them getting the idea that the military is some big heroic thing I did for the good of others. 90% of us did it for economic reasons. I mean, say you work at McD's. You're off work and shopping w your kids. And complete strangers ran up to you. "Thank you SO much for working at McD's! It just makes my day to get my coffee there every day! It must be SO hard for you to get up so early to work there! I love you for doing it! I appreciate the great service!" You'd prob be embarrassed and trying to politely get away from them right? Same here."
